During our recent hugely successful ‘Cold Water Swimming Sessions’ we’ve been hearing from people who really fancy giving it a go but have never done it before and are a little apprehensive. Well, we’re really excited to be working with the brilliant ‘Confidence Coach’ – Melanie Philp. The first session with Mel is on Thursday 5th December 2024 between 10am-2pm.
