Sous Chef
Excellent salary package based on experience. Share of tips. Working alongside our fantastic team. 2 consecutive days off. Free meal for full day shifts. Working in our state-of-the-art open kitchen which opens out to our 100-seater sea-view restaurant. We use the best local ingredients to create dishes from traditional pub classics with a twist to gourmet restaurant plates. What could you bring to the table?
Housekeeper
Experienced cleaner required for part-time hours to include a Sunday. Excellent pay. Share of tips. Eye for detail essential. You will work alongside our existing housekeeping team ensuring both the pub and our nine luxury rooms are gleaming! PPE & Covid-secure procedures in place. Hours are normally 8am until approximately 2.30pm (this can vary dependent on changeovers).
Bar & Waiting Staff
Are you the host with most? we’re looking for individuals who have a passion for great service. Our team are a huge asset and now, more than ever, customers will be looking for the best experience possible. Could you help deliver The Pickwick standard? Great rates of pay with share of tips. Various hours / shifts. Free meal provided for full day shifts. PPE & Covid-secure procedures in place.
Kitchen Porter
We’re looking for reliable, hardworking kitchen porters to assist our chefs in delivering a top class offering. This role is hard work but you will be part of a conscientious team. Great pay, share of tips, free meal for full day shifts. Excellent kitchen facilities. Full-time / part-time & seasonal roles available.
